**1.0 Leasing**
i. Handle walk-in customer inquiries.
ii. Prepare Proforma invoices, Schedule A, and Schedule B documents.
iii. Manage the refund deposit process.
iv. Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Department (HOD).
v. Draft and prepare official correspondence, including letters and memos.
vi. Support the HOD in planning promotional activities and sourcing potential prospects.
vii. Assist the HOD in selecting suitable tenants for promotional events.
**2.0 Others**
i. Perform any additional tasks assigned by the superior on an ad hoc basis.
ii. Provide daily updates on work progress to the HOD.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 0-6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
