**Qualifications**:
Male (L)
Responsible and able to work independently & in a team
Multi-tasking skills
Willing to work shifts.
Possesses a valid driver’s license
Skilled in basic maintenance & repair work
Fluent in **Bahasa Melayu** and basic **English**
Computer-literate (Event, Using Laptop)
Able to drive Manual / Auto Car

**Job Scope**:
**Technician Duties**:

- Perform basic maintenance and repair work on hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure all equipment and amenities are in good working condition.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Assist in setting up or fixing furniture, appliances, and other hotel assets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and the maintenance area.

**Driver Duties**:

- Transport hotel guests or staff safely as required.
- Handle pick-ups and deliveries related to hotel operations.
- Ensure the vehicle is clean, fueled, and well-maintained.
- Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.

**General Requirements**:

- Assist in other hotel operations when needed.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
