**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phone queries in a courteous and prompt manner and take in reservations with considered guests’ preferences
- To ensure daily operation is run smoothly according to SOP
- Be familiar with our menu and service procedure
- Maintain good communication with all

Servers, Kitchen Staffs, Barista and etc
- Able to follow the instruction given from the superior /head of division.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to promote and maintain customer service standards to every customer.
- Able to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensuring grooming, attendance and punctuality are aligned with the company’s standards.
- Ensuring products are well stocked, assisting in stock checking, replenishing, and receiving goods.
- Ability to deliver fast speed of service to customers.
- Deliver excellent quality desserts to every customers
- Ability to be relocated, promoted or transferred between location to location, when required to support organization growth & expansion plan.
- Ability to take up any additional responsibility or task from management when required.

Skills Required:

- Able to multitask between stations.
- Able to adapt to any challenging situations and learn fast.
- Proven experience working in a f environment.
- Able to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
- Good knowledge of customer service standards.
- Has good punctuality and discipline to ensure optimal work performance.
- Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Working experience: non-required as long as you’re passionate about the fast-spaced Food and Beverage service industry
- Able to work 6 days a week (in shifts, including weekends and public holidays)
- Willing to learn, have a great attitude and highly motivated. Plus point if you love our desserts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
