**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all Industrial Relations related activities including but not limited to employee grievances, disciplinary matters, termination etc. Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.
- Consult and advise management to ensure compliance with legal and administrative requirements.
- Providing technical guidance and expertise to management personnel regarding policies, procedures and problems affecting employee relations.
- Represent the company on labour disputes if referred to Labour Department or Industrial Relations department.
- Responsible for labour relations functions and maintaining necessary activities that promote the proper Union/Management relations.
- Handle disciplinary issue, performance management, grievance and absence management as well as conducting as domestic inquiries.
- Manage, execute, and monitor company legal compliance and requirement within Industrial Relations and labour scope, monitor record retention, ensure audit preparedness, and sustain relevant certification.
- Liaise with government offices, agencies and Trade Union pertaining to employee related issue and Malaysian Labour Laws.
- Manage company secretary Todak Group
