1. **Pengurusan Rekod Pekerja**
- Menyediakan dan menyelenggara fail peribadi staf (hardcopy & sistem).
- Kemas kini maklumat staf (alamat, no. telefon, status pekerjaan).
- Mengurus proses onboarding & offboarding staf (surat tawaran, notis berhenti, exit checklist).
2. **Kehadiran & Cuti**
- Menyemak dan merekod kehadiran harian staf dari semua cawangan.
- Mengurus permohonan cuti, MC, EL, dan cuti tahunan staf.
- Menyediakan laporan bulanan kehadiran staf untuk semakan HR Manager.
3. **Penggajian & Faedah**
- Membantu menyediakan data gaji bulanan (OT, cuti tanpa gaji, elaun, potongan, dsb).
- Mengurus pembayaran KWSP, SOCSO, EIS & PCB bersama pihak akaun.
- Mengurus permohonan tuntutan faedah (contoh: SOCSO, insurans, medical claim).
4. **Rekrutmen & Penempatan Staf**
- Menyebarkan iklan kekosongan jawatan di media sosial dan portal kerja.
- Menyaring calon, mengatur temuduga, dan menyediakan surat tawaran.
- Menyusun penempatan staf baru ke cawangan yang memerlukan.
5. **Sokongan Operasi HR**
- Menyediakan laporan HR bulanan (bilangan staf, turnover, kehadiran, dsb).
- Membantu melaksanakan dasar HR seperti peraturan disiplin & SOP kerja.
- Menjadi penghubung antara HQ dan cawangan berkaitan isu staf & HR.
6. **Lain-Lain Tugas Am**
- Menyokong tugasan pentadbiran HQ seperti penyediaan surat rasmi, dokumen mesyuarat dan fail dokumentasi.
- Mengurus permohonan pinjaman staf, surat sokongan atau pengesahan kerja.
- Membantu dalam aktiviti syarikat seperti latihan staf, sambutan hari pekerja, dan event syarikat.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
