**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Inspection/Damage Report**

Oversee and manage the inspection and damage reports for loaded goods and packing cases.

Ensure accurate documentation of any damage during loading or handling processes.

**2. Buyer Request**

Provide the buyer with the requested loading photos and ensure clear communication regarding product status during loading.

**3.Abnormal Cost Management**

Update and manage damage claims with the Logistics Service Provider (LSP).

Strive to keep abnormal costs at a minimum or eliminate them altogether.

**4.Quality Control (QC) Request**

Oversee and ensure the completion of forklift test clamp reports, verifying compliance with safety and operational standards.

**5.TPC Warehouse (WH) Management**

Manage the manpower requirements for the TPC warehouse, ensuring the team is adequately staffed and operating efficiently.

**6.Operations**

Monitor and oversee the preparation of moisture reports, ensuring that goods are stored and handled according to the required conditions.

**7. OTFO (On-Time Full Order)**

Ensure all containers are fully packed and completed within 24 hours of the production date to meet shipping deadlines.

**8. Closing Container**

Ensure containers are turned in at the port before closing time, maintaining shipping schedules and preventing delays.

**9. Set Damage Control**

Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to minimize set damages.

Monitor staff adherence to SOP to ensure zero cases of set damage on a monthly basis.

**10. Vendor Management**

Provide training to new staff members and ensure their performance meets required standards.

Continuously monitor and evaluate vendor activities and service quality.

**11. Set Missing & Extra Cases**

Supervise the LSP staff to prevent missing or extra cases during shipments.

Ensure that the maximum acceptable target for missing or extra cases is capped at 5 cases per year.

**12. Warehouse and Staff Control**

Prevent warehouse congestion by addressing manpower issues promptly.

Manage and direct team members effectively to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:
Possess at least SPM and above.

At least 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
