Customer Support Associate

**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Assist to arrange shipment, delivery and stock ordering.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with company products and services.
- To perform any ad hoc tasks given whenever needed.
**Job Requirements**:
- SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- Preferable with experiences in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s) in both Written and Oral: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Ability to Speak, Read and Write in **Mandarin** will be an advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, planning, organizational skills, Time-management, and detail-orientation.
- Ability to multi-task, and competing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a business objective-driven approach.
- Capable of “managing up” to ensure deadlines are met and priorities kept.
**Working mode**:
- Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Saturday, 8:15am - 12:15pm
**Working Location**:
- Juru, Penang
