Lead investigations of all incidents, accidents, near misses, and ensure root causes are identified and corrective measures implemented in conjunction with the General Manager / Project Manager.

- Maintain an information system on internal laws, regulations, and developments in SHE management practices.
- Conduct regular site visits to active project sites to assess ongoing work conditions and ensure compliance with SHE standards.
- Ensure workers adhere to all applicable HSE procedures, regulations, and standards, and take necessary action to rectify deviations.
- Oversee and manage safety, traffic, environmental protection, and sanitary matters, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Develop and implement emergency response measures, including periodic drills for evacuation, fire safety, and medical emergencies.
- Report dangerous actions or situations immediately to the General Manager / Project Manager, proposing corrective measures.
- Act as a consultant to project management teams and workers, advising on safety-related issues and implementing solutions.
- Liaise with external bodies, such as government inspectors, to ensure construction site compliance with regulations.
- Train employees on safe work practices, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Interact with licensed bodies to stay updated on legal regulations and workplace safety and environmental initiatives.
- Monitor or ensure competent personnel/organizations perform SHE monitoring as directed by the General Manager / Project Manager.
- Communicate Heat Stress Index Information to HSE personnel and workers, ensuring proper action is taken.
- Act as the Head Coordinator for COVID-19 management, including planning and implementing SOPs for construction sites and worker camps.
- Support environmental initiatives and manage ISO certification processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing environmental management systems to minimize environmental impact across all project sites.
- Execute any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior and management.
- Responsible to follow the company’s quality and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Responsible to contribute and participate in activities related to the continuous improvement of quality and environmental management systems, including initiatives such as Energy Saving activities.
