Oversee, coordinate, and participate in all Food & Beverage activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead the training and development of all service staff to maintain high service standards across all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Monitor and maintain the quality, presentation, and consistency of food and beverages served.
- Maximize food and beverage sales through effective promotions and strategic planning, collaborating with the Sales Manager on marketing initiatives.
- Control costs by monitoring food presentation at buffets and a la carte service, ensuring adherence to budget and minimizing waste.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef and Master Chef to maintain high standards in food quality, service, and cleanliness of all Food & Beverage equipment.
- Implement strict beverage control procedures across all bar areas and reduce losses in food and beverage equipment, including minimizing breakages and wastage.
- Manage monthly inventory of food and beverage equipment, approving all requisitions for service requirements.
- Ensure labor cost control and be actively involved in operations, especially during peak meal times.
- Appraise and manage staff performance, addressing any issues and ensuring continuous improvement in service quality.
- Review and recommend price adjustments for menu items based on costs, competition, and market trends.
- Maintain strong public relations with hotel clientele, addressing major operational issues, guest complaints, and inquiries.
- Prepare detailed monthly Food & Beverage reports, comparing sales figures to forecasts, and take necessary actions to meet targets.
- Perform other supervisory duties as required, ensuring a seamless and high-performing Food & Beverage operation.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
