Qc Supervisor

_**Company Based: Bez Steel Tech, Kulai**_

**Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the quality control processes and procedures to ensure the products meet required standards and specifications.**
- Lead and manage a team of quality control inspectors, providing guidance, training.
- Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in product evaluation.
- Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and findings. Prepare reports summarizing quality performance and compliance with standards.
- Improve worker’s quality awareness, product handling, production process and procedures.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least a Diploma certificate
- Minimum 5 years QC working experience, preferably in a metal field.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements for ISO 9001
- Proficiently in both English and Malay languages and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, adapt at managing multiple priorities, and problem-solving skills with the ability to implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
