**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Report Preparation**: Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and key business metrics to the sales team and senior management.
- **Ad-Hoc Reporting**: Respond to requests for ad-hoc reports by extracting and analyzing data to support decision-making and address business challenges.
- **Data Management**: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of sales data across systems and sources, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Dashboard Creation**: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to provide real-time insights into sales performance and trends.
- **Data Visualization**: Translate complex data into easy-to-understand charts, graphs, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- **Sales Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and sales activities to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- **Collaborative Insights**: Work closely with the sales team and senior management to understand reporting needs and offer actionable insights based on data findings.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- **Forecasting Support**: Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts by analyzing historical sales data and trends.
- **Data Governance**: Ensure proper data governance, data entry, and data cleansing processes to maintain a high level of data quality and compliance.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales data analysis, reporting, or business analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), and familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manipulate large data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a simple and actionable format.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of reporting and data analysis.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- This position is based in Bandar Utama, Damansara

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in sales or marketing operations.
- Knowledge of SQL or other database querying languages.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with automation tools for reporting and data processing.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and sales cycle analysis.
