Cognizant has an exciting opportunity for a talented Digital Content Moderation Specialist to join our inclusive and collaborative team. This full-time contract digital content moderation specialist role is based in Kuala Lumpur

As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will remove portal content that may violate the law and be informed by any user. You will also comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy that governs the internet policy on copyright infringement.

To give you an idea of how this role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:

- Work on various queues and complete the assigned tickets daily within the TAT
- Understand the client's internal copyright policies and processes
- Raise bugs as applicable through the ticket life cycle
- Carefully assess, review, and evaluate legal complaints to determine whether the allegedly violating copyright content must be blocked, removed, or restricted
- Investigate and examine the copyright removal requests submitted by the copyright owner and the reporting organizations for the appropriate client products.
- Ability to visualize, articulate, conceptualize or solve both complex and uncomplicated problems by making sensible decisions given the available information
- Proven ability to deliver the highest quality results while paying strict attention to details
- Ability to work in a busy environment with high volume and complex demands
- A desire to continually learn as the work changes.
