**Business Development Executive**

We’re looking for a **Business Development Executive** to help grow our network and shape the future of urban mobility and parking solutions. If you enjoy connecting with others, spotting opportunities, and making deals happen — this role is for you

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Spot new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Generate leads, follow up on potential clients, and turn conversations into partnerships.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions that work for them.
- Work from a targeted prospect list to secure long-term partnerships for our car park business.
- Make sure business surveys and proposals meet project and department standards.
- Represent the company with confidence — whether face-to-face, on the phone, or online.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**
- A **Diploma or higher** in any field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in Business Development, Sales & Marketing, or related areas (corporate sales is a bonus).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — you’re confident presenting and building relationships.
- Comfortable in **Bahasa Malaysia** and **English**. Mandarin and those speak Hokkein are a big plus
- Outgoing, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Have your own transportation and ready to travel to meet potential clients and landlords.
