1) Oversee and run the daily operations

2) Able to communicate, maintain good rapport and give good customer service experience to parents, customers and students

3) Liase with relevant stakeholders: management, coaches, team members, suppliers and others

4) Ensure the center hits the monthly sales target

5) Regular report preparation such as attendance, student list etc;
6) Oversee the running of the centre's event on regular basis, either online or offline including pre-event setup, registration, payment collection etc

7) Update the trial name list and monitoring the class schedule and class size on regular basis

8) Manage the upkeep of the centre

9) Work closely with COO and operations team to ensure efficiency of operation processes

10) Assist in running the centre's event on regular basis, either online or offline including pre-event setup, registration, payment collection etc.

11) Provide operations training to franchisees and other team members when necessary

12) Inventory Management & Procurement

13) Other duties as required by the management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
