Lounge Attendant

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness of the lounge area daily (dust, dirt, and garbage).
- Follow Open & Close procedures.
- Greet customers professionally and courteously.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting products.
- Manage the payment counter, ensuring all transactions are accurate in the MRS system.
- Handle daily cash, bank sales, and update sales in the group chat.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with customer needs.
- Address customer complaints and provide product/service information.
- Persuade and encourage customers to make purchases.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks (selected branch only).
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- 1-2 years' experience in related field will be an added advantage.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.

**Working Location: Rest N Go Premium Lounge The Curve**

**Working Hours: 10am - 10pm**
