- Caroline Archer- Head of Operations I am partnering with a leading insurance player to hire a Release Manager based in Central KL as part of the organization’s agile transformation journey. Evidence of a great opportunity to play a key role in a high-performing technology team.

**Your role**:

- Responsible for overseeing the entire release management process, including strategy, scheduling, and delivery of software releases.
- Initiate conversations with key technology stakeholders to discuss project requirements and resource allocation.

**Key skills required**:

- At least 6 years of working experience, with Release management experience
- working knowledge of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies
- Experience in a modernized DevOps/SRE environment is a strong advantage, aligned with the organization’s upcoming roadmap.

**Salary**: Up to 150K RM (Negotiable)
