An **Executive Housekeeper** responsible for overseeing and managing the housekeeping department to ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in the aspects of:

- Supervise and direct all housekeeping activities and staff.
- Establish and enforce housekeeping policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate housekeeping personnel
- Ensure the housekeeping team delivers exceptional service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards to maintain a pristine environment.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Prepare and manage the housekeeping department's budget.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Address guest complaints or requests related to cleanliness and housekeeping services promptly.
- Enforce hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Maintain records of maintenance issues, inventory usage, and staff performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review.

Qualifications:
1.
- Background studies in hotel management, housekeeping operations or a related field is highly preferred.
- Prior experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
- In-depth understanding of housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and cleaning equipment.
- Proficiency in scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation.
