Establish and maintain strong relationships with key university contacts including career services, faculty members, and student organizations.

In your new role:

- Organize and participate in on-campus recruiting events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and networking events.
- Drive and execute strategies to promote the company as an employer of choice among students and recent graduates.
- Leverage current employees as brand ambassadors through testimonials, speaking engagements, and participation in campus events.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of university relations and employer branding efforts, and recommend improvements.Develop, coordinate, and manage internship programs and co-op opportunities, ensuring alignment with business needs and providing valuable experiences for students.

**Your Profile**
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Human Resources.
- 3 years and above of working experiences.
- Fast learner, work independently on multiple tasks with a driver-attitude and initiative-taking to reach out to stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong event planning and coordination skills to support and drive branding outreach and internal events.
