**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Participated in kitchen operations to assist with production and quality assurance in kitchen operation to assist in production and quality assurance.
- To assist in maintaining and development of all relevant QC operations in the central kitchen according to HACCP, GMP, MESTI and Halal certification.
- Maintain, review and update HACCP, GMP documentation and SOPs. Liaise with certification body for compliance audit in HACCP, GMP, JAKIM Halal.
- Monitoring compliance and non-conformity issues in food handling central kitchen process & production.
- Check daily production are carried out strictly according to product specifications & standard operating procedures (SOP).
- To monitor quality output and make necessary product recall if product is not up to standard.
- Conduct regular tests on product quality, including testing and examining samples.
- Prepare samples when required for product improvement.
- Ensure the overall Food Safety Management System is understood, implemented and maintained from time to time to production worker of continual improvement of such programs.
- To control & minimize wastage & defects so as to achieve high quality products in all production process.
- To ensure all records on QC in good conditions, traceable and retrievable.
- Coordinate and liaise with approved external Vendors for Pest Control Management, Calibration of Equipment’s, Preventive Maintenance.
- To assist in admin task such as generating delivery order, invoice, credit note and any other related tasks.
- Manage outlet complaints, supplier complaints and internal incidents action.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Head of Department.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science / Food Technology / Food Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Qualified and having certificate in HALAL Executive /Management, HACCP and GMP.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
- Possess good communication skills and able to work in a team.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Attendance bonus
- Performance bonus
