Kriteria diperlukan:

- Mempunyai kelayakan diploma/degree Human Resources
- Mempunyai pengalaman kerja dalam sumber manusia sekurang-kurangnya 3 tahun dan ke atas
- Boleh menulis surat-menyurat dalam bahasa Melayu dan English
- Berkemahiran dalam teknik-teknik pengambilan pekerja dan manage pekerja
- Mahir menggunakan komputer dan software yang berkaitan terutamanya basic software iaitu microsoft word, excel and power point
- Good communication
- Good attitude
- Boleh menerima arahan dengan baik
- Cepat belajar dan cepat dalam melakukan pekerjaan

Waktu bekerja:

- 8.30 pagi-5.30 petang (Office Hours)
- Dua (2) kali waktu rehat dalam sehari pada waktu bekerja (Pagi dan Tengah hari)
