Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for undergraduate and/or diploma programs in:

- IT, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Data Science
- Engage both local and international students using innovative and inclusive teaching methods.
- Prepare course materials, assessments, and learning resources aligned with MQA standards.
- Supervise student projects, internships, and academic progress.

2. Curriculum Reactivation & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Programme, academic team, and quality office to:

- Review and reactivate expired or near-expiry syllabi in IT, AI, Math, and Data Science.
- Align curriculum with MQA’s Code of Practice for Programme Accreditation (COPPA).
- Support documentation and evidence-building for MQA/PA and MQA/FA submissions.
- Participate in internal audits and external reviews to ensure compliance and readiness.

3. Academic Development & Research
- Contribute to scholarly activities, research publications, and academic conferences.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and pedagogical trends in computing and analytics.
- Support the development of TVET-aligned modules and micro-credentials.

4. Student Engagement & Support
- Provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
- Participate in student recruitment activities, open days, and education fairs.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

5. Institutional Contribution
- Attend faculty meetings, curriculum committees, and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree (or PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, or related field.
