**Job Title: Cashier**
**Location: Georgetown, Penang**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle cash, credit/debit card, and e-wallet payments from patients
- Accurately issue official receipts through the system
- Check and collect Guarantee Letters (GLs) from insurance and TPA patients
- Perform daily cash reconciliation and prepare bank deposit documentation
- Maintain and update the cash book and payment logs
- Work closely with the billing team to ensure accurate invoicing and discharge processes
- Assist with front office duties such as appointment confirmation, when needed
- Report daily collections and discrepancies to the Finance Department

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in Business / Finance / Healthcare Administration
- At least 1 year of cashier or billing experience in a clinic or hospital
- Familiarity with the Origin HIS system is strongly preferred
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and good with handling cash
- Good interpersonal skills and a patient-friendly attitude
- Able to work rotating shifts or weekends, if required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,037.00 per month
