**PROTÉGÉ-RTW** implements initiatives to increase marketability potential and entrepreneurial skills among unemployed graduates and is open to various fields of study.

The total implementation period of PROTÉGÉ-RTW is twelve (12) months which consists of two (2) training components, namely:

- Soft-skills Training
- On-the-Job Training

**Location**: Jalan 16/149L, Bandar Seri Petaling, 57300 Kuala Lumpur

**Requirement**:

- Malaysian citizen
- Fresh graduates with a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education; Nursing or any related.
- Proficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Obtain CGPA 3.0 and above (or equivalent).
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and multi-task.
- Excellent in organizational skills, time management and follow-up skills required
- Computer literacy in basic Microsoft Office.
- Well equipped with the computer skills.
- Strong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learn
- Able to travel and work long-hours if required.
- Willingness to learn and guide attitude.
- Able to work on multiple initiatives and balance constantly changing priorities
- Preference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployed.

- To ensure that children are kept safe and follow Safeguarding Procedures.
- To ensure that the nutritional needs of the children are met.
- To carry out any other duties may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
