Responsibilities:
1) Managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation.
2) Responsible for ensuring that the training programs are implemented successfully.
3) Promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking to ensure EMS/QMS remains effective and compliant.
4) To keep all company’s information which private and confidential (P&C).
5) Develop and uphold the implementation of the Company’s policies & SOP.
6) Enforce housekeeping is maintained at most favourable condition at all times.
7) Inform to superior if there is any un-foreseen problem happen in your workplace.
8) To take reasonable care to avoid injury to yourself or to others by your work activities.
9) To co-operate with employer and others in meeting statutory requirements.
10) To use and wear all the protective equipment provided at all time.
11) To comply all the rules on environmental and occupational safety & health.
**Tasks**:
1) To assist in training request to meet quality objectives.
2) To assist in the achievement of the Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
3) To assist in managing the HR processes and related outputs compliance to its SOP.
4) Data collecting, analysis and update the relevant record to ensure HR quality, safety & environment standards are complied with.
5) Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow up with hiring manager to ensure employee requisition form to be complete in timely manner.
6) Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases in HR shared folder.
7) Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.
8) Addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts.
9) Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
10) Managing employee separation processes.
11) Compile Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and development plan for all level of staff.
12) Carry out, maintain, and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.
13) Administer and coordinate various in-house and external learning and development programs.
14) Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
15) To maintain proper filling for all respective document.
16) Ensure the checklist/forms in use are compliance to EMS/QMS.
17) Perform other tasks / duties as assigned or required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
