**Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Organize and maintain company records, documents, and files in both electronic and physical formats.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as necessary.
- Provide general support to client,s superior and employees.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other financial documents. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and payment follow-ups. And monthly employee salary payroll.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and efficient workflow.
- Assist in the coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of necessary documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
- Help in monitoring and maintaining office equipment and ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all employees.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
