- Own and track tasks within SLAs
- Troubleshoot platform issue raised by clients,
- Procifient in any 4 areas: No-SLQ(Mongo), Linux/Unix systems, JSON & XML syntax, RESTFul API, GIT
- Knowledge in AWS Cloud/Azure;
- MUST HAVE skills**:CONFLUENCE apps (Connect, JIRA)**
