Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project documents such as BoQs, cost breakdowns and work schedules
- Issue Purchase Orders ( PO) and Proforma Invoices ( PIs) based on approved scoped and quotations
- Help prepare project progress reports by gathering updates from site and internal teams.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and project summaries for meetings.
- Keep all project files and communication well-organized.
- Monitor timelines, submission dates, and important project milestones.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, accounts, and site teams to support smooth project flow.
- Be the main contact for admin tasks when the General Manager is away
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Project Management, Construction, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project admin or coordination, ideally in interior fit-out, construction, or manufacturing.
- Good skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling BOQs, cost sheets, or project documents is a plus.
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
- Able to manage confidential information with professionalism
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
