Be the focal point for all billing issues
- Follow up with warehouse/branch for billing issues
- Ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing to branch
- Manages and monitors the billing process performance and results
- Ensure filing for invoices done accurately and timely
- Ensure credit note for return goods issued timely and accurately
- Raise a flag for missing goods and short supply stock and close the ticket once issue is rectified
- Actively communicates between departments to get accurate data and follow up

**Qualifications**:

- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Able to use Microsoft Excel
- Having 1 year of experience in billing management is a bonus
- Able to handle several tasks in an expected dateline
- Must willing to work based at Semenyih, Selangor
- Working days per week; Monday to Saturday

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)
