An Operations Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, ensuring smooth production workflows, order fulfillment, and stock management. They play a key role in leading and motivating the operations team while maintaining efficiency, quality, and timely deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production & Order Fulfillment**:

- Support and lead the production team to ensure effective and efficient workflow.
- Supervise order fulfillment, including **preparing AWBs, boxing orders, and ensuring accurate parcel deliveries**.
- Ensure on-time production to meet daily logistics pickup cut-off times.

**Inventory & Stock Management**:

- Take full ownership of stock levels for packaging and raw materials to support daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively **alert management** when stock is low.

**Team Leadership & Culture**:

- Lead, motivate, and support the operations team to foster a positive work environment.
- Cultivate **Origin Bulk Store’s team culture (eco values) and objectives**.
- Conduct introductions and training sessions for new team members.
- Provide **motivation, guidance, and discipline** while escalating issues to management when necessary.

**E-commerce & Process Improvements**:

- Update product listings on **e-commerce platforms and marketplaces** when required.
- Propose and implement at least **one improvement initiative per month** (e.g., refining workflow or reducing errors).

**Other Duties**:

- Ensure efficient production with mínimal downtime.
- Any other tasks necessary to support smooth daily operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Manufacturing: 2 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
