**Requirements**:
1. Academic Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Catering, Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.

2. Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and halal compliance.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills (ordering, inventory, cost control).
- Leadership and people management skills.
- Good communication skills (able to liaise with clients, suppliers, and staff).
- Basic financial knowledge (budgeting, costing, stock management).
- Computer literacy (MS Office, catering/stock management systems).3.Other Requirements (depending on organization)
- Valid driving license
