Mechanic & Hydraulic

Responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems and mechanical components on ground support equipment. The role ensures the operational readiness, safety, and reliability of airport support machinery such as baggage tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tractors, ground power units (GPU), and hydraulic lifts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs on all GSE including diesel, electric, and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Maintain and service equipment such as hydraulic jacks, high loaders, tow bars, and aircraft pushback tractors.
- Conduct inspections and safety checks on all equipment as per regulatory and company standards.
- Repair or replace defective parts such as pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, and fittings.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- Assist in emergency repair and recovery operations as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostic equipment, mechanical & hydraulic systems.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, pumps, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willing to base at KLIA, Sepang.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
