**Call Center Consultant (12 months contract)**

**Basic: RM1800 to RM2000 + Allowance**

Venue: Shah Alam, Selangor

5 working days / week

Working hours**:Rotating shift** (Earliest shift STARTS at 6.30 am, Latest shift ENDS at 2.00 am) (9 hours shift)

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound call for prepaid, postpaid and other internet product on customer enquiries.
- Handling general enquiry such as billing or roaming services inquiry from customers.
- Build good relationship with customer and offer good services to customer via the phone conversation.
- Manages and resolves customer complaints.
- Build brand loyalty of customer towards company services and product.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Customer Service roles is desirable
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is additional advantage
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal-focused
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners, and communication skills
- Stress tolerance and ability to work under pressure.
- Able to start immediately with short notice is an added advantage.
- MUST be able to work on shift, weekends and public holidays.
