**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced **Corporate Finance Investment Manager / General Manager** to lead our strategic investment initiatives, manage fundraising activities, and support M&A and corporate restructuring projects. You will play a critical role in optimizing the company’s capital structure, identifying growth opportunities, and driving long-term value creation for stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead corporate finance initiatives including capital raising, financial structuring, and debt/equity advisory.
- Conduct financial modelling, business valuations, and feasibility studies for new investment opportunities.
- Oversee due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and divestments.
- Develop and present investment proposals and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing investments and recommend improvement strategies.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as investors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Build and maintain strong networking relationships with local and international investors.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing strategic finance and business transformation projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or ACCA are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-10 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in building complex financial models and conducting deep financial analysis.
- Exceptional leadership qualities and the ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage investor networks for strategic partnerships and fundraising.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,886.65 - RM12,881.75 per month
