**Position: Customer Service (6 months contract)**
**Urgent Hiring: Immediate Opening for Government subsidies**
Work Location: Dua Sentral, KL & Petaling Jaya
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.
- Maintain service quality with prompt and professional responses.
- Process requests such as account updates and auto-debit setups.
- Address customer complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolutions.
**Requirements**:
- Fresh Graduates
- Diploma & Degree holders only
- Less than 1 year of experience
- No experience are welcome to apply
**Working Hours**:
- Monday
- Sunday (Rotational Shifts)
- 7am to 4pm /8am to 5pm /9am to 6pm /10am to 7pm (2 Days Off)
**What You’ll Get**:
- Monthly Allowances of RM 300
- Completion Bonus at the end of contract : RM 800
- Great exposure with a Government Project
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,600.00 per month

- Rotational shift
