Tracey Star is a ladies’ handbag distributor founded by Mr. Johnson Tan and established since year 2008 in Malaysia. We own two main household brands - Tracey and Hilly, alongside with three main licensing brands - British Polo, Lancaster Polo and Valentino Creations. Today, we are an active operator of over 100 handbag counters at large departmental stores nationwide; Parkson, Sogo, Aeon, Pacific, The Store and etc.

**As a Marketing Operations Executive you will be central to what is being delivered and responsible for driving continual improvement and marketing operations managing the administration, projects and initiatives to deliver and execute on time to align with marketing strategy and supporting multiple brands.**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Assisting product managers in all planning, coordination and executing according to marketing plans or product launches
- Organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns social media, exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
- Assisting in liaising with designer, contractor and retailer on new counter construction, counter enhancement and maintenance for all counters
- Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc).
- Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in marketing and advertising operations.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels.
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge and understanding of marketing techniques.
- Must be dedicated, energetic and able to convey innovative ideas.
- Good presentation skills.

**REMUNERATION & BENEFITS**
- RM3,500 - RM5,000 of basic salary (Remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualification)
- Statutory Contribution: EPF + SOCSO + EIS + Staff Benefits

**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 8.00am-6.00pm

**WORKING LOCATION**:
Bandar Parkland Klang, Selangor

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
