Lastly, we seek to increase and maintain customer retention and perpetuate a good relationship with travel agents. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Accounts**:

- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
- Assist in maintaining financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and financial reports.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle petty cash management and expense reporting.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy (Hons.) / Business Study / Accounting (Information Systems)
- Proven experience in a administration, and accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of Account system
- Familiarity with accounting principles and experience with financial software
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
