**About your role**
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee records management.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR transactions and documentation.
- Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll and address any discrepancies.
- Address employee queries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues.
- Managing a team of Senior HR Executive, on their day-to-day operations.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and reports.
- Support the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Collaborate with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
- Stay updated on relevant labor laws and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Able to read, write and speak Mandarin, as this role will be required to support the HR Operations function in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
- Proven experience as an HR Team Lead, HR Assistant Manager or in a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
