OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE - RETAIL

Assist the Retail Manager to:

- Carry out such other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the Retail Manager or Group Managing Director or designated representative acting on behalf of the Company.
- Coordinate with shop managers for any sales and marketing activities.
- Work together with the marketing staff in the implementation of the marketing plans based on inventory status and analysis.
- Ensure Promotion Planning is executed, e.g. to ensure that the full coordination of stocks to store (based on balance stocks, new order etc.) are executed by the backroom staff.
- Work with the team to ensure healthy Inventory of every brand in the shops based on analysis.
- Assist in setting up the products display with the Visual Merchandising and the Brand person. The Visual Merchandising display must adhere to the standards expected of the promotion.
- Assist the Retail Administrative Support team in ordering staff uniform for shops, price tags, paper bags, leaflets, Receipts, etc.
- To assist in new shop opening, coordinate and negotiate with contractors.
- To ensure Sales Reports are submitted by each shop accordingly.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- At least a Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership qualities, and a team player who can work with minimum supervision and is highly committed
- **Required Language(s): English.**:

- Excellent communication and organization skills
- **At least 2-3 years of working experience in a related field.** Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in managing retail outlets. Those from the FMCG industry are encouraged to apply.
- Must be computer literate and willing to travel outstation and work on weekends.
- **Applicants must be willing to work in Subang UEP.**:

- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
