- 1. DAILY MEETING WITH ISM MAINTENANCE STAFF
- 2. BRIEF OUR STAFF FOR THE DAY ACTIVITIES
- 3. REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY TRANSMITTER, POSITIONER, PRESSURE SWITCH AND ETC.
- 4. ON SITE CALIBRATION OF INSTRUMENT ITEMS.
- 5. SUPPORT ISM ENGINEER TO TROUBLESHOOT ANY FAULTY OPERATION SYSTEM
- 6. ESPECIALLY COMPRESSOR AND WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
- 7. SUPPORT ENGINEER TO CARRY OUT ANY MODIFICATION WORK AND SUGGESTION.
- 8. PRIOR TESTING AND CALIBRATION OF NEW INSTRUMENT EQUIPMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF EQUIPMENT SPECIFICATION AT WAREHOUSE BEFORE RECEIVING
- 9. TO DO SITE STUDY FOR ANY ADDITIONAL WORK REQUESTED BY INSTRUMENT AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEER AND GIVE PROPOSAL.
- 10. TO SOURCE FOR MATERIAL FOR INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE WORK, LIKE TUBING TYPE OF FITTING, SIZES AND SPECIFICATION AS REQUESTED BY INSTRUMENT ENGINEER. UNDERSTANDING OF INSTRUMENT MATERIAL REQUIREMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
- 11. TO PROVIDE QUOTATION FOR E & I ANY ADDITIONAL WORK AS REQUESTED TO LIAISE WITH THE ENGINEER REGARDING THE ADDITIONAL WORK AND MODIFICATION.
- 12. TO SUPPORT ELECTRICAL DEPARTMENT IN MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT SOURCING.
- 13. DURING SHUT DOWN MAINTENANCE MUST UNDERSTAND THE WORK SCOPE TO BRIEF OUR WORKERS. TO PROPOSE THE NUMBER OF ADDITIONAL MANPOWER REQUIRED TO CARRY OUT THE TASK DURING SHUTDOWN. MANPOWER SOURCING.
- 14. PROPOSE TO INSTRUMENT ENGINEER THE TYPE OF MATERIAL AND QTY TO USE DURING SHUT DOWN WORK. WE SUPPLY THE MATERIAL.
- 15. TO ENGAGE 3RD PARTY FOR TURBINE, MASS AND MAGNETIC FLOW METER CALIBRATION.
- 16. TO ARRANGE FOR WORKER ON SHIFT WORK DURING START UP AND SUPERVISOR ALSO INCLUDED IN THE SHIFT WORK.
- 17. TO SUBMIT MONTHLY, JOB COMPLETION AND MATERIAL SUPPLY CLAIM.
- 18. TO SUBMIT ANNUAL CONTRACT RATE FOR RENEWAL AND STAMPING.
- 19. TAKE CARE OF WORKERS WELFARE
- 20. 24 HOURS ON STANDBY
- 21. CONDUCT TRAINING FOR NEW STAFF

**Salary**
- ~6000 (RM)
