Office located **:Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland** (near Parit Buntar)
**Responsibilities**
- Assist the manager in handling campaign inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing emerging issues.
- Support the manager by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless operational workflows.
- Continuously monitor social media platforms and influencer marketing trends to maintain market awareness.
- Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision making.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives and KPIs.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for daily sales and marketing operations.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent;
- Fresh graduate is encouraged, will provide training;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a requirement;
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail;
- Ability to work under a fast-paced environment;
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision;
- This position will be based in Nibong Tebal, Pulau Pinang - Mainland (near Parit Buntar).
