The HR Executive (Recruitment & Payroll) is responsible focusing on manage end-to-end recruitment processes and administer payroll functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the right talent, while also ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The HR Executive will work closely with the HR team, department managers, and external recruitment partners to fulfill staffing needs and handle payroll compliance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the day-to-day activities of HR Department including payroll, compensation & benefit, employee relations & engagement, recruitment, training & development and other HR related matters.
- Oversee and process payroll administration accurately and in a timely manner.
- Advertise job vacancies through online channels, multiple platforms, career fair and build rapport with colleges/universities for talent sourcing purposes.
- Conduct reference checks and assist in extending job offers and onboarding new hires.
- Prepare letter of appointment, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, leave entitlements, and benefits.
- Assist in handling employee relation issues.
- Ensure proper process for all staff movement and administer our HR system
- Update and maintain staff personal files.
- Undertake any ad-hoc task(s) assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Infotech/ Zoho is an added advantage
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good knowledge of Employment Act
- Good communication skills, highly organized and also good understanding of the HR roles.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
