**Sales & Marketing**

Sales and marketing executives are responsible for maintaining customer relationships, tracking sales data, and creating performance reports.

The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities that typically make up the logistics sales executive job description are listed below.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective or current clients
- Supervise accounts daily to retain existing relationships
- Responsible for price and service negotiation with customers
- Responsible for creating sales goals to aid in achieving targets
- Uphold rapport with clients and prospects
- Nurture new sales leads to secure business
- Responsible for offering quotes to current and prospective clients
- Responsible for supervising shipments until delivery completed to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Build relationship and sell to clients through phone or one-on-one.
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow-through till resolution
- Applicants must be able to develop strong business relationships within all levels of the company and with potential and existing clients
- Applicants must have excellent verbal communication skills to convey information on the company’s solutions to clients and prospects, as well as to provide customer support as needed
- Can work and contribute in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
