**IQC Supervisor**

Job Requirements:
1) Qualification
- Minimum Diploma
- Working Experience 1 to 3 years experience

2) Knowledge/Skills
- Able to write and speak in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Chinese is Optional but preferred.

3) Communication skill

4) Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skill (for those with job experience)

5) Computer literate (preferable).

6) Able to use measuring equipment or machine

1.0 To supervise and manage group of inspectors on daily inspection activities.

2.0 Manage the overall operation in the areas of In-coming Quality Control

3.0 To supervise and manage the QA division to achieve the targeted goal set and production output at an acceptable quality level and to meet customer's quality requirements.

4.0 To ensure IQC procedure execution and correctness

5.0 To follow-up on waiver notice

6.0 To review all the IQC, In-process reports.

7.0 Responsible to compile and summarize the daily report into weekly and monthly format.

8.0 To ensure all inspectors are competence to perform their task.

9.0 To review and evaluate the effectiveness of CAR.

10.0 Maintain work discipline and attitude according to company's policy, procedures and standards.

11.0 Ensure the implementation of QMS for ISO9001, EHS, ISO 14001, IATF Standard is accordance to the company standard requirement and maintained in compliance to the company’s standard operation procedure.

12.0 Work with QA Engineer to implement the checking and verification of special characteristics, achieving quality objectives and related training, corrective and preventive actions, product development especially for automotive products.
