- Take responsibility for production output & product quality, adhering to industry standards and waste management regulations.
- Identify opportunities to increase production while minimising unnecessary costs.
- Monitor operations closely, promptly identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from standards.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing and promoting site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
- Plan and execute plant maintenance activities to minimise downtime and ensure optimal functioning of equipment.
- Diagnose breakdowns and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner, coordinating with maintenance staff and external service providers as needed.
- Undertakes any duties and obligations as delegated by the Director of Operation to support the smooth functioning of the plant.

**Job Requirement**:

- Must possess at least Diploma or any relevant field.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Knowledgeable about safety, quality control, productivity enhancement, and maintenance practices.
- Able to work independently and target oriented and perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- Technical know-how and familiarity with industry standards for equipment.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.
- Good communication and organisational skills to facilitate effective collaboration and coordination.
