- Manages marketing efforts through social media, event coordination, promotions, and printed and digital materials

- Markets Dynamic Language Centre’s (DLC’s) programmes through various means, including social media, promotions, and printed and digital materials
- Strategically develops and implements strategies to grow DLC’s numbers and improve our services
- Delivers a unique customer experience which aligns with DLC’s values and develops positive customer relationships
- Provides consultation to parents and students on DLC courses both electronically and face-to-face
- Acquires and maintains excellent knowledge of DLC’s services and values
- Maintains and updates databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
- Plans and coordinates events, which may include holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal DLC events
- Attends regular professional development training and skills programmes as required
- Completes other duties in support of the company’s operations
- Approaches new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do approach
- Dresses in a modest and professional manner
- Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
