**Position Summary**:
The Duty Manager at Tune Hotel KLIA 2 is a critical member of our management team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during their shift.

As a Duty Manager, you will oversee all aspects of guest service, staff management, and hotel operations to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Services**:Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues to the guest's satisfaction.
Monitor and respond to guest feedback and reviews.

**Staff Management**:Supervise front desk and other hotel staff during your shift.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring smooth operations.
Conduct training and provide guidance to maintain high standards of service.
Address staffing issues and conflicts in a professional and fair manner.

**Operational Oversight**:Ensure that all hotel facilities are well-maintained and in working order.
Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.
Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing expenses.
Oversee security and safety protocols, including emergency response procedures.

**Shift Reporting**:Prepare and deliver shift handovers to the incoming Duty Manager.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, guest interactions, and operational issues.
Report any notable occurrences to the General Manager or appropriate department heads.

**Revenue Management**:Maximize revenue through upselling and room occupancy management.
Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments.
Contribute to sales and promotional efforts to attract more guests.

**Compliance and Regulations**:Ensure the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Adhere to the hotel's policies, procedures, and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work ,including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
