**LAND SURVEYOR**

Location : Alor Setar

**Job Summary**:
As a Land Surveyor, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing land surveying projects from inception to completion. This position requires extensive experience in land surveying, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of surveying operations, providing technical expertise, and maintaining high-quality standards in survey deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:

- Oversee and manage land surveying projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination between surveying, engineering, and other relevant departments.

2. Surveying Operations:

- Conduct and supervise field surveys using the latest surveying equipment and technology.
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of survey data, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
- Review and interpret survey data; and prepare reports.

3. Technical Expertise:

- Stay abreast of industry best practices in land surveying.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy of survey results.

4. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land surveying.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Bridgework.
- Proficiency in industry-standard surveying software and equipment.
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles, legal requirements, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
