**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct monthly review meeting with clients
- Responsible for payroll and recruitment operations within timeline
- Brief new joiners the working guideline, and all benefit staff are entitled
- Support team leader in training & coaching new merchandisers
- Compile regional reports, cross check & ensure accuracy
- Interview & recruit team leaders & merchandisers
- Ensure various daily / weekly / monthly deliverables of Jump Admin are achieved
- Conduct Internal audit on merchandising quality
- Monitor daily merchandiser attendance tracking
- Tracking Promotion Price from Promo Bulletin & secondary Display execution
- Weekly Price Check
- OOS Tracking, highlight which SKU was in high OOS and update to client by weekly
- Managing POSM
- Liaise with Client & Distributor, problem solving on merchandiser or outlet issues
- Check merchandiser’s expenses claims & monthly KPI
- Monthly updates on merchandisers performance/KPI achievement
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external customers
- Backup support of field work
- Travel to region for field work and audit once a month
- Monitor merchandisers day to day performance and discipline matters
- Monthly engagement with the Teams
- Manage ad-hoc request & manpower allocation
**Job Requirements**:
- Min. SPM / STPM / Diploma
- At least 1 year working experience in FMCG/sales operations
- English & Bahasa Malaysia, Other language command would be an added advantage.
- Aggressive, fast - learner and good people management skills
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel outstations
- Good communication & presentation skills, analysis on data
- Willing to travel to outstation
- Managed to fulfill 100% call achievement
- Deal with multiple clients
