- Hands-on experience with **Oracle Siebel CRM** and **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** platforms.
- Familiar with **Microsoft Azure** and cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Proven **analytical and strategic thinking** with a consistent track record of delivering impactful results within large, complex organizational structures.
- Strong **leadership and people management skills**, with the ability to **influence stakeholders**, manage time effectively, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Aligned with and supportive of the **organization’s culture, vision, and mission**.
- Excellent **interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills**.
- **Highly result-oriented**, self-motivated, and capable of working **independently** with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CRM Sales and Services: 1 year (required)
- Consumer Banking Products and Channels: 2 years (preferred)
- Oracle Siebel CRM: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platforms.: 2 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Azure: 2 years (preferred)
