About Us

We are a high-performance real estate team specialising in property investment, asset progression, and helping homeowners upgrade strategically. With an increasing number of property launches and marketing campaigns, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who can execute end-to-end online marketing strategies to drive leads, sales, and brand visibility.

Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-converting digital campaigns for property launches, sales funnels, and brand marketing. You’ll combine design, technical, and analytical skills to deliver measurable results — from concept to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Landing Page Creation
- Build and maintain launch websites for new property projects.
- Design and optimise landing pages for lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and SEO-optimised designs.

Digital Advertising & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Plan and run Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & SEM campaigns to capture high-intent leads.
- Implement retargeting and lookalike audience strategies.
- Monitor ad performance, A/B test creatives, and refine for better ROI.

SEO & SEM
- Conduct keyword research and develop on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
- Optimise website content for both organic search and paid search performance.
- Track analytics and recommend improvements for both SEO and SEM campaigns.

Marketing Automation & Funnels
- Create end-to-end lead funnels from ad click to booked consultation.

Creative & Copywriting Support
- Collaborate on ad copy, hooks, and creative visuals for campaigns.
- Design banners, infographics, and promotional materials.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, web development, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Proficient in WordPress, Elementor, or similar page builders.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO/SEM tools.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) best practices.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns.
- Real estate marketing experience preferred but not mandatory.
